A 80/2023. (III.14.) Kormányrendelet alapján 2023. július 1-jétől életbe lép a kiterjesztett gyártói felelősség rendszer működése. Cél a körforgásos gazdálkodás elemeinek bevezetése a mindennapi cégműködésbe. A jogszabály alapvetően befolyásolja a gazdálkodó szervezetek hulladékgazdálkodását, adatszolgáltatását, termékdíj és EPR díjfizetési kötelezettségét, nem beszélve a hulladék elszállításáról – megváltoztatva az adminisztráció teljes folyamatát.
